Oh my!! lol. This is Charles Briton's "Masker, the pleasure of Mardi Gras Evening". This water colour was a costume design for the Rex Pageant in 1882: The Pursuit of Pleasure. I LOVE his mustache with the pretty dress... lol. Thanks Meaghan!!
