The water is rushing down the rocks at the side of the road. There are areas nearby where we get rocks like this at the side of the road, but it is just where the Canadian Shield was dug into to make a highway, and they aren't tall enough to get snow at the top, except in winter of course! This is also located in Glacier National Park. Maybe one day, I'll have to go there. :) Thanks Martina!
