This card did NOT want to be scanned. But I showed it who was boss! (It was a little curved, and everytime I tried to shut the lid it would slide up.) I am not sure what this building is but I believe it is in Russia. It looks so nice glowing in the dark like this. :) Oh and Canada looks neat in russian! :P Thanks Boris!

I heard back from Boris and he tells me "In soviet time this building was Palace of culture, now - part of Ufa Oil Technical University." Gorgeous building to go to school in!!! :)
